About Loop

We started Loop because we believe your stuff deserves better than a landfill — and you deserve better than a stressful donation process.

Our Story

Too Much Stuff, Too Little Time

Here's the thing: we all have too much stuff. Your closet is full, your garage is packed, and you've been meaning to "get around to donating" for months. We've been there.

The problem isn't that people don't want to donate. It's that donating is a pain. You have to sort everything, load up the car, drive across town, wait in line, and hope that your stuff actually ends up helping someone instead of sitting in the back of a warehouse.

We built Loop Donations to eliminate every single one of those friction points. Order a bag. Fill it. Put it on your porch. Done.

Our Mission

Every Item Deserves a Happy Life

We believe items should have long and happy lives. A jacket is meant to keep someone warm. A book is meant to be read. A lamp is built to last 50 years — it shouldn't end up in a landfill after three.

When you donate through Loop, we don't just dump your stuff at the nearest thrift store and call it a day. Our team sorts every item and makes sure it gets to the right place — whether that's a family in need, a local charity, or a responsible recycling partner.

Over 95% of what we collect avoids the landfill. That's not a marketing line — it's how we operate.

What We Stand For

Our Values

🎯

Radical Convenience

If donating isn't dead simple, people won't do it. We remove every barrier between "I should clean out" and actually doing it.

💚

Near-Zero Waste

Less than 5% of what we collect ends up in a landfill. Every item is sorted, placed, or recycled with intention.

🤝

Community First

We partner with local organizations to keep the impact close to home. Your donations help your neighbors.

💬

Honest & Transparent

We tell you exactly where your stuff goes. No vague promises, no greenwashing. Just real impact you can track.

The Team

Built in Atlanta

Loop Donations is a small, scrappy team based in Atlanta, Georgia. We're obsessed with making donating as easy as ordering takeout and making sure every item we collect finds its best possible next home.
